4:3 Resolution right side cut off issue

Yo I get straight to the problem: I switched from 16:9 to 4:3 and everythings fine except that a tiny bit of the reght screen is cut off. So im not able to fully read the persons name in the deathnotes for example or my loadout on the right down corner and so on. Do you have a solution?

Try a 16:9 resolution. The game is Horizontal+ so you’ll see more.
