Well.. I know many people that legit cheating in prime with high trust factor without problem so im not "throwing out some random facts". Ofc on hight trust factor you will not meet blatant cheaters. If you meet some (yes there are legit cheaters on prime with hight trust factor) you will never know that they are cheating. So don't tell me that you almost never seen one.
