i cant find clear answer from google. Do throttlestop needs to be running always? i did undervolt my CPU to avoid thermal throttling

Yes it does. If you close it settings will persist but only until the next restart.

Undervolt is usually a common thing to do on a gaming laptop for a temp reduction with no performance loss, id presume thats the case here.

yes, precisely. i just want to clarify if i needed to run throttlestop everytime i play for my undervolt to take effect
