How to rank up from silver 1?

Recently, I have been taking CS:Go very seriously. I have 72 wins in silver 1 and I have been top fragging and winning the last 10 games playing with silver 2 3 and 4s with at least 5 MVPs per game. I have literally no idea how I'm silver 1 still. Is there anything else I should be worrying about while trying to rank up?

nope, just play the game. If you consecutively win the games and you will get ranked up.

It can happen if your mmr equivalent gets really low and you maybe also play irregularly, try to be as regular as you can, say don't play 5 games every weekend day if you don't have time to play a few everyday, this might make it harder for you to rankup.

Sometimes the easier solution is new account, so you can get ranked higher at first, avoid getting stuck. I could get away from silver after I fell there from DMG after a long break, but it was very tiring, due to players being mostly unable to communicate, buy correctly and aim/playsense, which makes this more like a stupid rush/camp deathmatch feel. Can be pretty tiring.

I ranked up from silver to nova last week.

I went to public nearby lobby and then searched for higher ranked people to play. One guy was LEM and he had 2 nova friends. They let me play with them because we're the same country.

We won and I got second top frag under the LEM.

Boom, I ranked up to nova even though I lost 2 previous games.

My point is, if you want to rank up fast, you gotta do better than people with higher ranks. You have been winning against silvers so it might take a while

But that is cheating. I already have 3 other accounts in silver 4. I want to understand what exactly makes silver 1 so difficult that it's impossible to get out of by playing naturally. Since Elo Hell is not real as everyone insists.
