At least my smurf was mg1 within 25 and i would consider myself not that good.
But if its a smurf account you play on then idk, maybe 50
Then I joined a team and got to around LEM at around 70-90 wins 500(?)hrs, but was probably boosted a bit as my team were a higher rank than me when I joined them. BUT there's no point in asking how long it takes because it's different for everybody. I made a smurf to play with some mates and the first rank I got was DMG in 10 wins. You could get MGE in a day if you had a team supporting you. Though it might take years if you're just bad and playing solo...
What impacts how quickly you rank up is: How fresh your account is, the rank at which you are playing at, the number of wins you get, and 'supposedly' MVPs but the CS elo system's an anomaly to everybody.
If you're not at the black ranks yet, you really shouldn't care about your rank. It's practically all the same (Nova-MG). Just play for fun, for practice and for hours. I got to LEM in 70 wins but was horribly inexperienced and only had good aim. Couldn't use any nades, didn't know calls etc. I was just lucky that I had a team that could support the areas I was poorer at. It's better to just ignore rank until you have the experience needed to play at the ranks people actually care about, and be good enough so that other players would actually want to team with you. (But yeah, nobodies going to care if you're a nova or an MG. They'd be pretty average ranks all things considered. Only about LE up is rank something you should care about. Like warming up in advance of games, ending early if you're not doing well, etc.)
What's funnier is you're lying. Ranks are easy to check and I can see your highest rank is Nova 3.
