Alot of scammers roaming around that site. Maybe you got keylogged as well from another fishy 3rd party site prior to that.

Technically, your skins are not on any website. You just traded ''gifted'' them to a BOT on steam.
The funds for every skin will be added on Bitskin when the BOT finds a buyer for each
edit : you should be able to monitor your items on the site, same as opskins if you ever used it
