That's a cheat, a known cheat, it's not a bug.
A bug is something that happens randomly for everyone from time to time.
A cheat is ... well exactly what you see there.
Bumping is against the rules, and this is still a cheat, not a bug.

If this was not a bug, then why would cheats be able to exploit this BUG to allow them to have their hitboxes not match their model? Explain this before you continue to spew your uninformed ♥♥♥♥. People who have low fps are exploiting the same bug inadvertently, but the effect is not as drastic since they are not moving their mouse extremely quickly to create a hitbox that differs as drastic as one from a cheat
Also this bug was fixed once and then introduced back
