As you all know, sound in csgo in just very high on 100 but if you wont crank the sound to 100 you wont hear footsteps well I have heard a software named sound locker which removes high sounds when enabled so my question is that will I get vac banned for using that?plz reply if you know answers will be highly appreciated

sound locker is, based on your description a normal compressor, it acts as a sound card on your computer and csgo sends the sounds to it, it will then compress it and send it to the actual sound card.

You don't alter any game files by using a compressor or voice changer or any other type of sound related software, it's completely VAC safe

Yeah kinda hard to say. Vacs are issued for editing game files. If the program just checks for the outgoing soundlevel and edits that might work. But i would be very careful cause i have no idea how this program exactly operates. Also you might just play the game with normal sound. Considering that proplayers probably don't do that either you can get pretty far without it anyway.
