I overclocked my monitor's refresh rate.
I overclocked it from 60hz to 144 hz and everything was CRAZY like it has millions of shadows following everything. And when i restarted my video driver (part of process), they told me, video driver crashed. After that my screen went black and i had to force shut down my pc and restart everything was back to normal. But the problem starts here, when i boot up csgo, it boots up with a console command, and in the console command, there in red text "video driver has crashed and been reset re-uploading resources now"
Is this affecting my CSGo?
It didnt affect my gameplay but im afraid it would some time later. There are other threats about this too but are posted long time ago. No fix i found.
Hope someone could give me opinions.

What monitor you have?

Also, with 60hz monitors you should never overclock that high. There are 3 things that commonly happen when you overclock too much

1.You will loose the screen display all together, and may possibly damage the monitor.
2. Your signal from the graphics card will not be detected and the monitor will report it out of range.
3. When you play a game you will suffer from jerky game play and possibly really bad screen tearing.

Yes thought of that but my local store doesnt display momitors' refresh rate and only those few with very high price have their own monitor tag that shows either 240 hz or 144hz. Cant get to find a cheap 144hz gaming monitor :(

Talk to cafe owners and see if they are willing to sell old stuff.

you can sell your knife for around 250 bucks on bitsins for example, enough to get a 144hz with it.
Why would you even think of overclocking from 60 to 144 ? Didn't you see all the warnings online ?
