FACEIT's Anti Cheat

Hello everyone.

I can't play FACEIT with my friends, because whenever I try to do so, my game just simply crashes. I know it's because of the Anti-Cheat, but I can't find a solution to solve this problem. I didn't get any responses from my tickets on their site. The thing is > CS:GO works fine, but when I turn on that poor AC, my game crashes and I can't do anything about it. Thoughts?

The problem is that Valve doesn't take responsibility over FACEIT issues. Only their support should help you.
You would have a better chance of getting help on the r/GlobalOffensive sub-reddit.

The problem is that Valve doesn't take responsibility over FACEIT issues. Only their support should help you.
You would have a better chance of getting help on the r/GlobalOffensive sub-reddit.

I know that, but I thought maybe CS community would know how to solve my problem. I'm gonna try to post that on reddit if I won't get any response for next few hours.

Also maybe it's your mice polling rate. Faceit AC answered here on reddit and 1k hz can make problems:

I use 1k with g402 hyperion fury and have no such problems.

Also how long did you wait since you made a support ticket? Normally they answer in 1 week.

Faceit support can take up to a week before they answer and i dont think there support its up on weekends

Open an administrator command prompt and type:

Click Start, click All Programs, and then click Accessories.
Right-click Command prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Continue.
Then type bcdedit /debug off and press enter

This should allow the client to start without crashing.

Do you press play button or do you type the ip in the console bc pressing the play button can make big problems
