It depends where you play.

MM = I think c4 bombtimer first was 45 and some time ago they changed it to 40 second. Roundtime was 2 minutes and is 1:55 now.

Normal settings are 1:45 roundtime and 35 seconds bombtime in real competitive situations. These are the esl 1.6 settings with these settings:

Those settings were used on faceit, esea, cevo, esl and on majors too since some time but then valve changed it to 1:55 and 40 seconds too, like in the ESL:

I really don't know why we've so many difference settings and why it change alot.

As you can read yourself the settings are:
3.7 Settings
1. Round-time = 1:55 minutes
2. Freeze-time = 20 seconds
3. Buy-time = 20 seconds
4. C4 timer = 40 seconds
5. Overtime Money = $10,000 per player
6. Overtime Rounds = 3 rounds per half

Freezetime is 5 seconds longer than in MM because of deeper strats.
