Id advice you to save up and buy a higher quality one. It'll be cheaper in the long run since you won't need to upgrade it as soon.

How about buying a Gtx 1050Ti?

depends on what you value first, if you just wanna increase your csgo fps I suggest getting the gpu upgrade first, and then the cpu.

i would suggest at least getting the 1600 which isnt much more expensive than the 1500x and has 2 extra cores

also at least in my country the second gen of ryzen is cheaper than the 1st due to availability, maybe check if you cant get a second gen one for a similar price

another option would be to buy an i5 or i7 of a recent-ish generation and a fitting motherboard, since with a ryzen you would need new ddr4 ram whereas on somewhat recent intel ones you can use your existing ddr3 ram saving some money there

should you however go for the ryzen, im getting a stable 200minimum with up to 300 in some areas on low settings in fullhd with a ryzen 5 1600 and an rx580 gpu (~1060 level performance in most games)

Ryzens work with slower RAM aswell.

It's just not optimal for any new cpu to use it and you won't Be getting full performsnce

they do take "slower" ram, but mainboards only support ddr4, you can use slower ddr4 ram, say ddr4-2400 instead of ddr4-3000, but old ddr3 ram isnt supported at all

it shouldnt brick his stuff, but it wont boot either
sell your GPU and CPU, buy Ryzen 5 3400G, Ryzen iGPU strong enough to get 60fps+

Get the i3 9100f. It's basically an i7 7700 but 4 times cheaper. And I recommend you a rx 570. It will be 20% better and also much cheaper than a gtx1050ti
