The only real ping booster is FIBER OPTIC INTERNET.

Most of the time I have single digit ping in matchmaking and in the worst case still less than 40.

There are tweaks you can do in your settings, but it hardly makes a significant difference.

So if you have the possibility to get fiber optic Internet, then opt for that
