I can't see real player names

I mostly play casual games on cs go, But i can only see stupid names like bell, delta or donkey. If i join competitive i can only see colors as names of other people. Other people in a game can normally see the layer names. I can see the names of my friends just fine so i think it is some kind of safety feature but it's really annoying. So does someone have a fix for this.

It is in game settings, disable clean player names.

Right click on scoreboard, and then click one or wtice in thing in right top corner (speaker)
