Less than 1% of the CSGO players have a purple (besides the 2015 one, which corresponded to just the 2nd level), and even less than that has more than 1 medal on purple. Purple is the Level 4, above the blue one. You can get it if you redeem a new medal at like early January and then play 8 hours a day for the rest of the year. Also its the 4th tier service medal, but chain 5 of these is almost like getting 3 pink ones, which is amazing. It is really rare to have more than 1 purple, let alone, have 5.

Each pick'em is worth at least 15 each one, and operation gold medals depends on it. That account also is GE so I suggest at least 500 usd worth or probably more
