I am a great CSGO player. How do I join a pro team?

Hey guys, I'm probably a better CSGO player than most of you here, maybe all of you. I have over 400 hours playing non stop day and night, morning and evening.
I want to know how to become captain or leader of pro team like Astralis or Optic India. Please if recruiters are reading this please hire me. It will be best for your team since I am better than you and anyone reading this post.
I have K/D over 1 in every game I play and am already level 37 in a game where level 40 is the highest, so it's not long for me to become one of the best players alive, if not in history!!!

400hrs with none previous CS xp is maybe good for lets say GN1-2 at best.
So you have a big ladder to climb and somewhere at the end of the ladder there can be a semi-PRO game you will be in. Good Luck m8.

Trust me mate, as I already said, I am rank 37. That's like only 3 ranks below the highest rank. So I must be quite near to a pro by now. I don't know what you mean by GN1-2.
