I am a great CSGO player. How do I join a pro team?

Hey guys, I'm probably a better CSGO player than most of you here, maybe all of you. I have over 400 hours playing non stop day and night, morning and evening.
I want to know how to become captain or leader of pro team like Astralis or Optic India. Please if recruiters are reading this please hire me. It will be best for your team since I am better than you and anyone reading this post.
I have K/D over 1 in every game I play and am already level 37 in a game where level 40 is the highest, so it's not long for me to become one of the best players alive, if not in history!!!

Service medal is a thing that you can claim when you get 40 lvl.

You may be better than me but i know people for sure better than you. Anyway being good at casual is way diffrent than in competetive.You got alot more poeple on casual and the behaviour is way diffrent. Competetive is alot harder than casual. For example you are more careful and don't buy some of the weapons. The level not always means your good. Im level 30 and i have 155 or less hours . And i think you don't know what you talking about because, pro players team plays competetive mode. Casual is more for training weapons etc. And i realized i typed too much so there you go

Wow you made some valid points and I can't refute you without investigating them. I don't understand the logic behind competitive being harder than casual. Since you are playing with more opponents, you need to have more gamesense right?
