Can I get banned by using x-ray scanner?
I'm just curious. I'm not from France, what would happen if I would change location to the France? Can I get banned?

Yes, manipulating your location to access area restricted feature is a violation and can get your steam account in trouble.
Ok, I understand but in that case why anomaly wasn't banned?
Valve rarely enforces that rule. Still, we would not recommend you to try. You can end up like this: https://youtu.be/Fn22zn9yYTE

And I do not see why you would want X-ray feature. You have to pay price of a key first to get the P250 out. So, with price of 2 keys, you get only one case item; with price of 3 keys, you get only two case items; and so on.

you decide
You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions on game content, to purchase at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose. If you do this, Valve may terminate your access to your Account.
Okey, thank you guys!
