TWICE?
This 100% sounds like you've been hit by (and are currently still exposed to) a Trade API Scam.

Secure your account now!
  1. You need to revoke your Steam Web API Key before making any more trades.
  2. Change passwords and deauthorize all devices.

Trade API Scam Info
A Trade API scam usually works as follows:
  1. The scammer gets your Steam Web API Key. This can be obtained when you log into a scam website.
  2. The next time you make a trade, the scammer (a bot) uses this API key to cancel the trade.
  3. The scammer (a bot) sets up another profile that looks exactly like the account you're trying to trade to.
  4. It creates a new trade to this bot account. (Steps 2-4 all happen within seconds).
  5. You hit accept on your Mobile Authenticator, and the scam is done - you've just sent your items to a unknown 3rd party.

These items are unfortunately gone and the only way to get them back is to have the scammer return them. It is Valve/Steam policy that there are enough tools in place to make sure you are not about to send your items to the wrong person.

HOW TO SPOT A FAKE STEAM LOGIN
When using Steam to log in to other websites remember that you NEVER SHOULD ENTER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD, even if it looks like a "real steam login page".

If you are logged into Steam's website then the "login using Steam" button/process will just confirm that you are logged in, it will never ask you to log in again.

Examples:
:denied: Fake Steam Login[i.imgur.com]
This page is asking you to enter username and password, this is a BIG red flag, do not enter any information here. In this example it's pretending to be from steamcommunity.com but this is actually a FAKE pop-up window, you cannot drag it outside of this window.

:approved: Real Steam Login[i.imgur.com]
I'm already logged in on Steam and this page is just confirming that this is me. I never have to enter a username or password. This is safe.

(Note: I am not staff nor customer support, just a user who has seen this happen enough times to have this information at the ready.)
