My frame rate is literally 6 but cs:go says its 160

i have a pretty good set up, it can tun vr and any game I put it through. But i got a new monitor and had to switch my main monitor to a display port instead of hdmi and now cs:go suns at 10 fps. no other game does this and cs:go still says my fps is at 160 when it clearly isn't

Is it 6fps or 10 fps? Make up your mind.

Ensure the cable is plugged correctly on graphics card and not motherboard.

yea don't worry its on the gpu, my cpu doesnt even have internal graphics

nope, pc

rx 570, ryzen 2600x, 16gb RAM.

That happened to me yesterday.
Colors also seemed a bit different.

Restarted the game and it was back to normal.
