Can you actually get a ban on cs go IF you have the LoL skin changer activated? And if you get a ban can it be lifted by valve support?

Never heard of an lol skin changer. Vac usually is very clever and knows exactly what is offensive towards CSGO and the signatures of a LoL skin changer are different from csgo skin changer. You still shouldn't use it, especially not active it while playing.

I dont activate it.. i mean.. im confused because when i go on LoL i have the skin enabled without activating the program. And now im like.. should i move all my skins out of my inv? Its been 2 days now since i got this program and now i realise the risks

No you cant be banned for using lol skinchanger bc its not a cheat and it dosent change anything in the csgo files

But using skin changer for csgo its vac banneble

There are a lot of different skin changer. Maybe your skin changer actually changes the game files thus it's something you only have to use once. Either way you shouldn't cheat in any online game at all. Even when it's only skin changer.

I never cheat man. Especially with this inv i have. There is no way i will cheat in cs go. I dont like cheating in any game at all

I saw people cheating with inv worth more than 15.000 euro so that's not an argument.

Also I was not refering to cs, I was refering to any online game. And afaik LoL is online aswell, right? Either way I gave you your answer already in the first comment.
