so i played competitve and today i got unbanned from my comp cooldown but some idiots kicked for no reason even tho i was the mvp and got a 7 day cooldown for no reason

This community is weird.

The guy getting kicked is always at least of one the below:

1) The top fragger.
2) The call out guy.
3) The I-drop-for-all guy.
4) The MVP god.
5) The special snowflake who needs to tell everyone, usually in a rude and obnoxious way, he's the really special one.

In my thousands of hours in this game, I've never even once dreamed of kicking anyone from #1 to #4 because there is no way we can win the game.

So after narrowing things down, OP must be #5.
