That message always appears at some point in console. Not a problem or your console would be flashing red somewhere, glaringly obvious console error. You can't miss it.
You don't have it.

yeah, I once threw a video where they shot me through the smoke and thick walls, so everyone protected the cheater, although the demo shows how he shoots flicks and auto-aiming when I specifically jumped behind the smoke and the wall, but no, here almost everyone took the side of the cheaters and nobody not even going to report them and ban them.

Just report and move on. Overwatch sooner or later will catch those type of cheaters. Your report will make sure that he gets queued for OW.

Try to delete all csgo settings directory, but i dont remember that directories

Everyone has a couple of red messages in the console each time they start csgo. and that materials panorama items picture things is one of them.
nothing bad happens when the console is showing a red message sometimes.
only if it starts to build a wall of red messages that keep on poping up you should worry.
