Hell Case Is A Scam!

So I put $150 onto hell case and opened a case and got a nasty Navaja Case hardened so I upgraded it to a Gut Knife Doppler and decided before I lost it to greed that I'd withdraw. However when I went to withdraw the Gut Knife, the hell case bot was only sending me a Tec-9 Isaac. Don't know if the links to show my proof will be sensored.

Ignore the second trade there, that was a hell case imposter trying to steal my knife haha, focus is on the first one.

Not really... It belongs to Valve, as all steam items do. And the guy with name bot just has permission to use it in certain ways. That guy chose not to gift said item to you. Which may be rotten bahviour, however that knive was never yours...

Already did, they said it was their bot and that was the item that I was trying to withdraw.

Your account probably got hacked. If you are willing to gamble, you likely would have logged into those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ site and handed your password over to them.

Maybe that's how that russian sent you a free tec-9 when you withdrew. They know because they have access to your account.

So the problem lies with YOU.
