MacOS vac issue alternative way to play for mac users
So first things first you will need windows on mac. Basically you will have to bootcamp your mac so you can run windows and run csgo. I have been playing csgo for the past hour now and this works.
I know this seems counter productive and stupid and you are thinking why can't they just fix the mac one. However, do you really want to just wait for lord knows how long until a fix happens or do you want to continue playing a game you enjoy? I choose the ladder.
You can always uninstall bootcamp once they patch the mac version but for now this is at least a good alternative.
Before anyone says "oh but my mac can't bootcamp because of blah blah blah." That's not true and I will assume you are being lazy I have bootcamped a 150 gb mac book air and if I can bootcamp that then you can bootcamp your mac.
Apple is even nice enough to tell you how to bootcamp your mac.

It will be the same you internal specs are the same. The only thing that changes is OS.

Clear up some space or get a external hard drive. I learned the hard way an external hard drive can save your life sometimes.

Hey so after some looking around I found a way to bootcamp with an external hard drive. https://blog.macsales.com/40947-tech-tip-how-to-use-boot-camp-on-an-external-drive/

I have a solution! ) Go to local files (steamapps > common > Counter-Strike Global Offensive > cs go) and delete folder "sound", then restart Steam app.

I've deleted the sound folder, didn't work.

I don't think that's a legit fix because it has to do with vac connection not sound folders...
