R8 revolver

I know the deagle is kinda an iconic weopon from cs go but do you have any suggestion for making the r8 worth using as a replacement to the deagle?

I belive the r8 is worth 600 if i remember well it allows you take an additional flash on first round if you want to go with it

R8 revolver can 1 shot people without kevlar when u shoot at stomach and it has very good damage even for long distance and accuracy is good but its weakness is when enemy comes close range because when u use mouse 2 and fire fast bullets go everywere else but not where ur crosshair is this is why i take mag 7 or mac 10 or something with R8 when people come too close...

I found R8 much better than deagle. You can move and shoot precisely with R8 - so if you know how to move with that gun, its a canongwehr. Even one hit is enough, since the enemy has few hps left.

Since i played CS:Source for many years - i never been able to adapt on the new eagle, thus i used R8 on LEM+ ranks instead and it was worth it.

r8 is pretty good lol people just hatin because it used to be OP before. now its balanced and still fine to use

If you are able to master the delayed trigger of shot, then you can easily counter AK/M4 with R8.

Depends what map i play but i often take R8 for T pistol round because i simply hate glock and theres often CT without kevlars and u can take them out with 1 hit if you hit stomach or head... and if u survive u can buy some eco gun like sawed off or mac 10 for short distances next round

actually youd be better off using it CT side since its more likely T buying pistol or utility first round while CT usually go kevlar and only 1 guy has a kit

R8 has better damage on long range than the deagle.

R8 is good for peeking known angles because you can shoot it at the moment you peek.

I say R8 is pretty good. The main reason people do not want to use it is same as why people do not use SG553: it requires us to adapt to new thing.

Imo R8 is viable (based on experience) at shooting common camp angles and at long ranges but at short range, deagle has a better spray and pray considering it has better clip size.

I usually use the deagle instead of the r8 because of the delay since i use these guns as a "corner camping" gun i just wait for an easy kills in corner people rarely think about checking
So the delay between shots and the secondary shot unaccuracy makes it hell to use
And i also hate low ammo guns that's why i use the p2000 instead of the usp

If the primary fire was accurate at the maximum fire rate, I'd have basically no issues with the gun. It really busts my balls to have a perfectly aimed followup shot miss just because the gun gets too inaccurate after a single shot.

I get way more kills with the R8 than the deagle. Moving and tracing is more intuitive than being at a full stop while shooting to me. Less damage drop off too.
