Is 100% achievements still possible now?

I plan to do "achievement hunter" since i'm bored but some of them i already know you can't get it 'cause Valve removed the maps for official servers

Probably still possible, but USELESS.

I went through this last year and I can report that, offline with bots, you can still complete every single achievement if you're willing to jump through a few simple hoops (like downloading old versions of maps and putting them into certain folders in CSGO, etc).

This video is old but still is the best summary of what kind of things you'll have to do in order to get the achievements, there are also a lot of guides out there that tell you what maps and things you'll need to download to make some achievements track properly.
