Windows Game Bar [VS] Nvidia ShadowPlay

What are your thoughts.

I use the game bar and I've never had any problems at all. It records fast and with and I don't think it's lagging my system a whole lot. I'm playing a 1440p at 144hz with an i5 4570 and RTX 2060

Can you change settings to do more than 30 seconds on the record?

My PC has both installed so I'm trying to see which one is better.

Yeah, you can change that in settings. I have mine set on a minute

Geforce experience lags more if your PC is low end

Shadowplay shouldnt lag though. It's very lightweight
