tho, i would probably still upgrade my monitor, for obvious reasons. But if you are tight for cash, a new monitor is not a must, it's a quality of life improvement but not a necessity, that's how i see 144hz monitors, even tho i have one.
i mean, you will be more accurate with higher refresh rate
if it's a 60hz monitor, i would agree. With a 75 hz monitor tho, the difference is barely there. On a 60 hz monitor you can feel a mild input lag when you move your mouse because of the difference in ms. I never experienced sutch lag in a 75 hz monitor, witch i played on for a long time. the difference is technically there, but it is not going to help you aim better at that point. I have been global and supreme for the longest time on an old 75hz monitor, haven't gone pro now that i have an asus 144hz monitor.
The difference between 60 and 75 isnt really that noticeable difference in any way. But yeah, when you get 144hz or above, thats when there is difference

yes, yes it is. there is a very noticeable input lap when you go from 75hz to 60hz. it's even more noticeable when going from 144hz to 60hz. but i guess we agree to disagree.
