Hackers in CSGO! More legit players are leaving the game as compared to hackers getting banned.

Hey there,
I have reported and shamed all the cheaters I have encountered in game, also, I reported them on their steam profile section. On one hand, the results are showing up with numerous hackers getting banned but since the game is free to play, they just make a new account, hence, the stats can go to infinity. On the other hand, I wait 20 mins to find a game, unfortunately as you might say, I get matched with a hacker, now I spend another hour trying to report and shame the hacker because if I quit, I get cooldown. The most annoying part is I don't get to play the game in 90 mins! My concern is, if stringent actions are not taken from valve, we are losing more legitimate players than banning hackers. I'm afraid, valve is busy entertaining the hackers. Yeah! The sad part is we are getting trolled by hackers, doing numerous overwatch sessions, and yet not getting a platform for fair game play. The hacker can play on a new account, is the time we wasted coming back? None of my friends are playing CSGO anymore.
I tried so hard and got so far But in the end It doesn't even matter...

Sir, with all due respect I would request you to leave the discussion. Instead of teaching English, being rude to everyone and providing misleading stats, you have done nothing more. Coming to your suggestion of reporting cheaters and doing overwatch cases, I have mentioned them in the start of the discussion. Please read and then react! OMG what a moron!

You must be as new to computers as you are to csgo because a user can spoof their hardware id number in about 5 mins

Not entertaining that line of thought. Firstly, this is not a discussion for HWID Ban, the older message was said in a completely different context and has the word "debatable" clearly mentioned. Secondly, I made my profile public, so that you can witness your baseless assumtion of me being new to CSGO, This account has 4300hrs on record and my smurf has close to a thousand. Finally, if you are here to pin point reasons for an argument, take a walk. We are here because we have been facing numerous cheaters and idlers in game which is ruining our overall experience with the game. Peace
