Remove viewmodel cap ???

is it possible to override values over their current limit???

as far as i know its only possible if you can use sv_cheats so its not working on official MM servers the max cap would be then viewmodel_fov 68

only with cheats u can increase viewmodel as much as u want.

i'm currently using sv_cheats but i still can't get pass the max ammount :(

i meant actual cheats, not the sv_cheats command.
Without cheats there will always be that limit, you cant bypass it without cheats.

No, but if you use these commands, you can set anything to what ever you want.
BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR CONFIGS THIS WILL MESS IT UP
sv_cheats "1"
sv_competitive_minspec "0"
Competitive Minspec pretty much just removes the limit on EVERY SINGLE COMMAND THERE IS. This will mess up your config so be sure you backed it up if you're just playing around with some settings.

Thanks that's defenitely the answer. I was looking into it for use in multiplayer custom matches and maps so i don't think it's usable if that's the cost.

Is it going to mess up people's config if they play a map where i call that command through a logic_autoentity like any other command?

If you intend to make a map with that command enabled or a server with that server convar enabled, be sure to tell players to backup their config. Even if you just turn it on and off, it will pretty much set everything to the max or the lowest. I had my interp values, rate values, viewmodel settings, etc messed up when I was messing with this command without even modifying anything.
