Then incrinentlally adjust the mouse sensitivity in game so that you move the mouse half way across a standaard sized mousepad and perform a180 degree turn in game..
Just out of curiosity, what is the make and model of your mouse? It may have sperate software outside of Micorsoft's mouse and keyboard controll pannel, that gives you better control.

Edit: x = 2.08
dpi = dots per inch, higher dpi = more accurate tracking
you want a high dpi and low sensitivity
so 450 x 1.85 is 832.5, and 832.5 \ 400 is 2.08125.
so, in your console type sensitivity 2.08125.
