Low FPS after Danger Zone update

So after the update got released my fps dropped pretty drastically. About a month ago it used to be around 100-200fps on max but its only around 40-60 when playing regular game modes and 30-40 when playing the BR (all with the same settings). My setup isn't anything great but its more than capable of running CS with ease. My setup is:

GTX 750ti
Core i3-4170 3.7Ghz
8gb DDR3 ram
1tb HDD

I tried looking for help but it seemed as if I was the only one with this problem.
Anyone got some advice?

Yeah. I have Intel HD 4400. Not much, but on casual it gets over 50 fps. On DZ it's 30 if I'm lucky. If I play in squad often 20 or lower. This is bordering on unplayable.

so its maybe drivers or some kind glitch from valve for your graphics card problem because mine is gtx 970 4gb and working on max graphics same as always normal map 350fps danger zone 130-160 fps~

Same here, And recently even worse,

GTX 1050ti
Core i5-2500K
8GB DDR3 Ram

Used to play CSGO on high details in competitive having 150 FPS fixed, And now everything is very low or disabled, still FPS drops to 60, Looks like dev team did a great job.

So, I found this video that kinda helped. Got my old fps back (mostly I think). Essentially you just need to change the config folder. The guy explains it why in the video. This is the only step that actually helped me but of course there are plenty more and your're free to try them out.

This is not a complete fix in my opinion. Of course it helps and quite a bit but Valve still needs to fix up the game.
