Ofcource im pointing out how misleading the title is, sorry.
You clearly mean a cd key to activate game, well do that at youre own risk.
Bypassing filters is not needed, they are filtered for a reason.. and you buy the "keys" from random people who obtained them in unknown way but clearly not from the developers themselves
How are they trusted? You buy a key from unknown source that often is stolen or bought by spoofing location to get better price somewhere else, this is literally black market for cd-keys lol

they are being resold by people, that's why valve blocks names of those sites in their filter.. because they are not safe and shouldn't be used
If you want to get keys from developers use sites like Steam or Humble Bundle.
