CAN'T INVITE FRIEND TO THE LOBBY

So I have a little problem with CS:GO after new update. I can't invite someone to my lobby, they can't join and this happens with me too, if someone invites me no message appear and I can't join lobby. It says "The session is no longer available"

Hello guys
For last 2 days under competitive game, I cant neither invite many people or find competitive matches as quickly. Under wingman, there not even persons that I can invite.I wrote to steam, and they told me that there may be problem with connection to the internet. Therefor, i made a new account, and there was no problems with finding people or matches. what the hell is probem guys, hope that u can help me with that.
