if you bought it very recently I can understand your anger however if you have had the game for a while and played it quite a bit then you already have your moneys worth.

CSGO Free = Just game. No drops, nothing. most hackers probably move there because its free.
CSGO Prime = Souviners, item drops, skins and less hackers. I see no reason to buy prime if you can hack for free.

Probably not but he had his stuff hidden for me so I just gave him the default answer. I assumed he wasn't eligible for a refund.
