All you need to do is unsubscribe from the mods, you can do that by going to the workshop, finding the mod and clicking unsubscribe, then you delete the content in this folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\304930

OR...

Delete your "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike: Global Offensive\csgo\materials", "...\models", and "...\sounds" folders and validate your games files by right clicking on it in Steam >properties >local files > verify integrity of game files.

In that case, do the second

Delete your "...\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike: Global Offensive\csgo\materials", "...\models", and "...\sounds" folders and validate your games files by right clicking on it in Steam >properties >local files > verify integrity of game files.
