2. List your pc spec and the video settings you use. Maybe there is something wrong.
I was trying to delete the post and im still trying
my pc is pretty... bad
but im not sure where to check my spec's
all i know is that my pc has a... intel i4 ? i think its this one and monitor 60hz

Anyway try all low settings, screen resolution put to 16:9 or 16:10 depend on your screen, and full screen option.
ok, i tried everything, nothing worked i tried all low settings i tried 4:3 / 16:9 / 16:10 and i even tried all high settings for the sake of it, ill try to get my pc specs through console it should show everything
2. Try on different computer
- If no problem on different computer try clearing cache, stuff like that
