Please remove Cooldown Timer

Why do we get kicked and banned for hours or even days..

In my game 2 times now I did get kicked from trolling russians and now I got 1 day ban.. I said I dont speack russian.. so they said kick him and now I have one day ban?!

The old trick... they show you good stuff, you buy then you see the ♥♥♥♥ in the game and valve dont care ;D as already a mod here confirmed "winke winke my friend" VALVE do not care about player, they care only about updates to get "new player"...

I do not rly care its just a game but VALVE is very good to look at how to make money with bs. Thanks VALVE for showing the new generation how the things can be done by big boys!

the more it happens the more likely you are to be banned and for longer. thinking they just randomly kick everyone they play with will get them very high cooldowns. i just doubt that they would risk that just to kick you.
so being nicer to your teammates or playing with friends would help in your situation.

its an automated system and valve will not remove cooldowns. its easy to avoid higher cooldowns if you know how everything works.

If randoms don't like you and they kick you let's say 3 games in a row (for reason or none reason) you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥.. cuz even if you was friendly and you did your best just to enjoi the game you get banned.. and the BS behind is its stuck cooldowns :D means you can be Jesus and be always good play and friendly.. if some randoms like to troll you and they kick you.. you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by VALVE cooldowns :D

This is how to make money and not to have problems at all.. just let a stupid mm cooldown rule it.. haha

Who said I was trolling?! This is the point and the problem behind.. you dont need to troll if you get kicked by randoms cuz maybe they are trolling.. you get a ban.. even if you was not trolling.

So means, if your friends are not online and you like to play with randoms.. you should take care you can get banned for a long time cuz the randoms got the power given by VALVE to ban you for a time..

Means if you are 4 pre mates and you dont like the 5th random guy cuz he do not talk russian, you can give him 1 day ban by simple kick him out the lobby :D easy and if you are a cool guy who is just up to play a bit JUST DONT

people dont kick people like that though, as they would just keep getting 7 day bans.. no you dont get messed by valves cooldown they would.

back to the topic, idk why valve even bothered adding kick in comp they should just remove the stupid cooldown and keep the cooldown on the ones saying yes to kicking people and to the ones who start it as well, being kicked shouldnt resault to a ban imo since you have no control over idiot kids, anyways like hogarth said be nice to teammates csgo is about voice chatting in comp as its a team based mode casual and community just turn voice off

turning of the stupid cooldown timer for being kicked of the match (reasons or not *the problem its not always your fault you get kicked and this is the sad side of the story.. many get kicked by trolls for not trolling or for not playing as they wish you to) would be a great start.
