Yes, but MC doesn't have cheaters, has more CQR combat and a better-suited engine for modding & building mechanics.

Yes, but MC doesn't have a point to cheat.
It's the opposite of competetive, and all the hackers* have been banned for interrupting the server's performance with scripts/hacking items.

If you want a skywars map go back to Minecraft. Most people here are past that stage, and csgo just isn’t suitable for building
