Match Making with Russians....why?

I am beyond tired of constantly getting Russian teammates in competitive games. They only speak Russian and they lag constantly because most of the time they have a ping of 70 or higher. The Russian player base is huge...so f-ing huge that Valve could make it so that Russians only queue up with Russians and Europeans only queue up with Europeans. It literally blows my mind that Valve doesn't see this. CS:GO became a meme because of its Russian player base ffs. I don't hate Russians, I just hate Russian players who are so entitled that they try to kick anyone that's not Russian/Speaking Russian. 90% of the Russian players that I've played with didn't speak English while like 90% of Europeans that I've played with spoke English...it literally makes no sense to mix Russians and Europeans together because of the very obvious language barrier. Right now, I wouldn't say that my trust factor is excellent, but when it was really good I still got queued up with Russians that didn't speak English and tried to kick me multiple times while mumbling something about America. Just my 2 cents.

Russians are technically Europeans! Also, since there are so many Russians in MM, would it make more sence for you to start learning Russian?

Idt its very sensible to learn a whole language just for a game 0w0. People just can't devote enough time with work/ school/ other business, that is, unless OP is 9 yrs old.

Why would I start to learn Russian just for CS:GO?! That's the stupidest idea ever.

I live in Croatia. Everyone who I've played with that's European told me that they get Russians all the time...Sweden, Norway, Germany etc.

anyways CSGO doesn't have servers in every country, only Poland, Sweden, Germany and Spain and everyone else connects to the nearest one and so do you. Basically Russians connect to either Sweden, Poland or German servers and everyone around those servers will that way play with Russians. No matter if geographically you lived pretty far away
You would have to be Spanish to avoid Russians at all times

The thing is that Valve could either deoply servers in Russia or reserve a certain number of EU servers just for Russia. It's not that hard to solve that problem.

I'm in Serbia and I was matched couple of times with people playing from Australia. But it's usually Russians or Turks. You get used to it.. or you fail.

There can't be "deployed" servers in Russia.. also what do you mean certain number of EU servers? There isn't even that many servers lmao

And Valve doesn't need to increase the amount of servers in order for this to work. Instead of mixing Russians and Europeans, they would mix Russians with Russians and EU with EU. The server count would be the same, genius.
