Gtx 1070 low fps on cs go only

CPU: i7 4770k 3.5gHz (i always keep it oc to 3.8-4.0)
Gpu : Gtx 1070 (also oc)
Memory : 16gb (4x4) 1600 cl9
OS:Windows 8.1 pro (original)

I need help with my new gpu on cs , i get around 100fps with low and also high settings while in other games like rust/r6s i get 150fps on ultra . my gpu and cpu usage on cs go doesnt go over 20% . On youtube i saw a lot of ppl who have same problem like me with the cs only meanwhile youtubers get 500fps with gtx 1070

looks like a got a fps boost when i put disable at hyperthreading it runs in 150-300fps it drop so bad , but is playable now atleast thx for ur help but if u have any idea how can i increase it to 400-500fps like my gpu should have with my rig , my gpu usage from 20% is around 30% now and my cpu usage from 20% is around 40-50%

You could try reinstalling gpu drivers (uninstall them with DDU), and only install the gpu driver (no geforce experience etc)

And setting csgo to ignore core 0, can help with fps

FPS not as usual after new patch

Well, I had a big drop of fps. Went from 130-180 to 10-60 fps after the release of the new patch. I really don't know why. I'm just begging for help. Since is not possible to play as it goes now.

the problem is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ userdata \ 76308723 \ 730 \ local \ cfg

Error reading file resource/overviews/de_dust2_radar_spectate.dds.
Error reading file materials/panorama/images/icons/equipment/default.svg.
Error reading file materials/panorama/images/icons/equipment/world.svg.


Anyone still experiencing these issues? I managed to fix mine by including the missing files in the specified directories. FPS might be dropping due to missing files.

NOTE: The missing files that I used are just dummy files but are using the right file format.

Those errors really don't matter. No fps issue at all for me when I get these errors in my console.

Try overclock your gpu-cpu, i had the same problem my fps was stuck at 120 and i wanted to play with more.

I found an app to overclock my gpu-cpu and i got around 300-400 fps but because it is not safe to overclock those for a long time i was force to delete the app :D

If you manage to get more fps in any other way please let me/us know, i would like to try it :)
