800dpi 1.1 sens = 400dpi ?sens
hey guys i wonder how do i actually able to find the amount of sens for 400dpi.

is this formula correct?
If 800dpi with 1 sens = 800 x 1 which equal to 800

so to convert for 400dpi will be
400dpi x 2 sens = 800 ?

sorry if you are confused cause i also dont know how to ask properly xD

The total of dpi * sens , i am finding the exact amount of ( 800 * 1.1 = 880 ) for 400dpi and the answer is 2.2 which after multiplied also equal to 880 ) so now i know how to convert from 800dpi to 400dpi.

You half your dpi, so you have to double your sens.
RugOp'81 Nov 29, 2018 @ 11:03am
800 x 1.1 = 880 edpi

880 / 400 = 2.2

but why go lower dpi ?
my eDPI is 1280 = 16000dpi x 0.08 sense ....its awesome !
...yeah yeah i know im gangsta

The dpi doesn't matter. The edpi does. And like RugOp said his edpi is only 1280 because of his very low ingame sensitivity. And 1280 is above average but still a good edpi.

You can also calculate it on many sites like:
https://delivator.github.io/csgo-edpi-calculator/

Edit: And your brain is aweseome. You don't need to play a month until you learn it. ou just need a few minutes until it is in your muscle memory.

np!
It's nearly 5 @morning here *lol*

Every edpi between 350 til 1800 is okay. Most play with somewhere near 900 edpi. The 880 you had are okay IF you feel comfortable with it.

For example I had 1040 dpi * 1 sens = 1040 edpi.
I switched to 1600 dpi * 0.65 sens = 1040 edpi because I had microstutter which can happen with some mices (also depending on the hz, I use 1000 instead of 500 and this was the problem, but I wanna stick with 1000 hz). I just switched it today and I gonna look if I stick with it or not. Maybe 1280 dpi * x = 1040 edpi does also work without stuttering. Had no time to check it since now.

With 1040 I'm slightly above average but as an awper (those have higher sens) + entry + flank checker + ingame leader I have to do fast turns. When you're a rifler only and focusing on entry and other watch your flank then lower sens is also okay.

Overall you should be able to do a fast 180° turn in one swipe over half of your mousepad. But before I write more, just check this video out for perfect explanation:
