Low Fps GTX 1050 TI

Hello. I've got a really big issue with fps on cs go.
Yesterday I bought a gaming laptop Hp Pavilion 15 with I5-8300H, Intel UHD integrated video, NVIDIA Geforge GTX 1050 TI dedicated video, 8 GB DDRAM, 1 tb sata.
In cs go I've got almost 60 fps on low and 4:3 1024x768. What can I do for a better gameplay. Please help me.

since then are hp laptops considerd gaming laptops...i thought they where very well known to be school and workstation computers.....

from what year is this laptop from...also im looking at the hp store...and nowhere does it say that its a gaming laptop it describes the laptop as an workstation laptop and that its lightweight

granted its a "powerful " workstation but there is a big difference between a workstation laptop and a gaming laptop

Did you install the drivers correcty your laptop may be using the intergrated gpu

The laptop he has is good for cs go !
I play with desktop
CPU intel i5 4670K
Mobo Asus hero 8 z97
Ram 8 GB DDR3 1600mhz
Gpu XFX HD7770 core > 7 years old graphics card !
PSU corsair RM750
Same resolution like u use i get between 150 to 200 FPS in CS GO

the desktop version of those cards not the same the laptop versions are less powerful and has lesser memory and are way slower
