Might help. Seems to be a bug, but interacting and playing around with the teamselect menu might fix it. Is the bug consisten in all game or did it just happen once?

Some people also suggested changing resoultion temporarely or restarting steam. Can you try that? I'm gonna look if i find something else...
edit: Also sometimes the hud tends to glitch out when you alt-tab. Ususally alt-tabing out and in again fixes this.

Can you buy weapons using the numpad? Pressing the buttons 1-9 on the numpad should be usable to interact in the buymenu aswell. Also can you buy weapons in deathmatch or is it completly impossible?

open task manager and shut down everything besides csgo and see if that helps

If there is any type of controller connected to your pc, try removing it. It might mess around aswell, not guarantee tho, i just had some issues personaly with stuff like that.

I also have this problem.
Besides I can't play rank game with my friend.
We join the rank game together.
My friend and other players started to warm up but I become a watcher and can't join the team. Finally the game matching stopped and I was punished QAQ

i dont think csgo is the problem the only thing i can think of is doing a hard reset but you will lose everything on your computer you will have to download everything again

• Checking the consistency of game files; CS GO

2. If the consistency of the files does not help you, go to the second point ;

Try to remove any modifications made to CS: GO. To do this, you must delete the config.cfg file. Deleting it and restarting Steam will restore the default CS: GO configuration.

In Windows, the file can be found here:
• C: / Program Files / Steam / userdata / <accountid> / 730 / local / cfg / config

Remember that deleting the config.cfg file will remove any CS: GO modifications, including mouse sensitivity, key configuration, crosshairs, interface modifications, and other in-game settings.
