1000ms on CS:GO

left steam for like 3 months and now when i try to find a game on CS:GO it says that my ping on official servers is between 700 and 1000ms which is total nonsense

everything worked fine before i left
other games work normally even steam games like Rocket League
if anyone knows how to fix this or have the same issue please reach out :p

using ethernet cable AND OTHER GAMES ARE WORKING so i dont think it has to do with my connetion since even steam games work fine other than CS

i have same problem i play other games my ping is 50ms but as i play csgo i have 50 but when i spot or fight enemy i have 1000ms

Yes it’s your connection sounds like you both are playing in WiFi

Yes it’s your connection sounds like you both are playing in WiFi

nop playing with ethernet and other games work fine even Rocket League which is a steam game
