so, should i stop play faceit, and play matchmaking only until i'm LE?
No you should always play Against and With better players in order to become better yourself.
Its not a good idea to constantly play with people that are worse or equally good, that way you dont learn how great players play and by playing faceit and quiing with better more serious players often you might be able to rank up in MM quicker
If you didnt played scrimmage, then you've seen nothing
They are everywhere
thanks for the detailed info, but what should i do to prevent myself from burnout or constantly getting nervous when playing against the better player? (in this case, it's playing on faceit)
First of all you should't grind.
Take a walk
Make a little painting of a gorilla hiding a bush
Play on a KZ map
The nerve problem is solved by not giving a ♥♥♥♥ about what people scream in the microphone, that ♥♥♥♥ wont matter in 5 years anyway.
Ask people that scream at you for advice and if they refuse to give you any actual advice to become a better player then ♥♥♥♥ them. Mute them and ask someone else.
Simply by *Ignore* the haters you make your nervousness level low.
Ofc its gonna suck to be 1-20 in a game with better players, but Everyone has started at around that level.
Get some friends in higher rank that you enjoy playing with and let them guide you towards a non toxic and helpful enviroment for you
