Does my knife have a bad fade?

Not sure exactly how to measure how good or bad a fade is on a karambit, just wondering if any more experienced players could help me out

I'm not 100% sure as i'm not an expert but as far as i always thought it was 'the less yellow it has the better'. And seeing as your knife is pretty much full purple and pink i'd say it would be considered a really good fade.

That's around 87% fade. Fade % itself is pretty bad but the karambit has a good float and looks clean overall.

That's around 87% fade. Fade % itself is pretty bad but the karambit has a good float and looks clean overall.

Corner is quite good (not the best) and float is good. Overall is a good karambit, but fade % is average. Said this, i actually like more this kind of fade % than a 90/10 aka 100% fade. I don't like the yellow and too much pink on it to be honest.

There is no such thing as a 80/20, after 70/30 yellow comes in.
I think yours should be a 70/30 or so if you want to use that kind of measurement. But i'd just use the fade % nowadays. That xx/xx thing is really old.
