Is Global General (Rank 40) a good rank?
I'm currently Global General (Rank 40) right now and I've claimed my "2020 Service Medal", is it good?

Hmm there is no good or bad, it's an xp level given with time and not actually a competition. All beginners can reach Global General after playing the game for some time.
