CS:GO FPS
Hi, I bought new notebook : i5-9300h 2.4-4.1ghz, 8GB RAM, GTX 1650 4GB, 512GB SSD. In CS:GO i have only 30-80fps on low details and 10-30fps on high details. Another games works perfect. Please help me

1-Use lunch option.
2-clean your pc from junk file use (Baidu PC Faster or Advanced SystemCare ).

1. Update your Nvidia drivers
2. Are you plugged in charging with max performance?

Your laptop is likely using on board graphics right now. you should be sitting around 200 with medium settings with that GPU/CPU combo if I believe Lenovo Legion y540 benchmarks on youtube.

My friend spent 3k on a laptop and hates it (it runs fine but overheats and throttles)

Make sure multicore rendering is ENABLED in options. Also disable fullscreen optimization.
